A clear aim of the NHS Dumfries & Galloway laboratory Services is always being up to date with the latest equipment, methodologies, and working processes.
NHS Dumfries & Galloway were facing the workload and challenge of installing a new fully tracked automated system within Biochemistry. The many time-consuming manual tasks related to such a large verification project are a heavily burden on staff in any laboratory. The same staff who are at the same time also maintaining the normal lab and sample routine work.
Searching for a solution that could would free up resources, speed up projects easily and increase result reliability began.
